Local demand, surveyed weekly
150+ premium .com domains, hand-picked every week by our own domain sales expert — then scored through live Google Places data for a Buyer Score and a suggested resale price, delivered as PDF and Excel.
Real sales
Every domain in the report is hand-picked by our team before it's scored — not scraped in bulk. A few of our own hand-picked geo-keyword domains, sold on the open market through Afternic (a GoDaddy marketplace).
Individual sales, not a guarantee — resale prices depend on the buyer, the niche, and market timing. The Buyer Score is a demand signal to prioritize a hand-picked list, not an appraisal.
Selection strategy
Anyone can bulk-register geo-keyword domains. We don't. Every one of the 150+ domains in your weekly report is hand-picked by our own domain sales expert — built around what actually makes a local business pay for a domain — before it's ever run through the Buyer Score.
Method
No gut feeling, no guesswork — every number comes from real, live-queried location data.
Each domain supplies a city and a niche. We resolve the city to coordinates and search the surrounding radius for matching businesses — dentists, lawyers, realtors, whatever the niche calls for.
The number of businesses found is the demand proxy: more providers on the ground means more potential buyers for a matching geo-domain.
150+ fresh domains every week: domain, city, niche, score, rationale, and a calculated resale price — sorted by score, highest first.
