Real sales

Domains picked this way have actually sold

Every domain in the report is hand-picked by our team before it's scored — not scraped in bulk. A few of our own hand-picked geo-keyword domains, sold on the open market through Afternic (a GoDaddy marketplace).

Afternic sale confirmation: antibesrealestate.com sold for $650
Afternic sale confirmation: dallasclassactionlawyer.com sold for $800
Afternic sale confirmation: implantdentaireparis.com sold for $2,345

Individual sales, not a guarantee — resale prices depend on the buyer, the niche, and market timing. The Buyer Score is a demand signal to prioritize a hand-picked list, not an appraisal.

Selection strategy

Hand-picked for resale value, not just found

Anyone can bulk-register geo-keyword domains. We don't. Every one of the 150+ domains in your weekly report is hand-picked by our own domain sales expert — built around what actually makes a local business pay for a domain — before it's ever run through the Buyer Score.

What we screen for

  • Exact-match city + niche — the phrase a local buyer would actually type
  • High-value niches: legal, medical, real estate, finance — where one client is worth thousands
  • Underserved or growing markets, not oversaturated ones
  • Clean, brandable .com — no hyphens, no numbers, no trademark risk
  • Only then scored against live local demand before it makes the list

Method

Three steps from list to price tag

No gut feeling, no guesswork — every number comes from real, live-queried location data.

01 / Scan

City geocoded, radius searched

Each domain supplies a city and a niche. We resolve the city to coordinates and search the surrounding radius for matching businesses — dentists, lawyers, realtors, whatever the niche calls for.

02 / Score

Density becomes a Buyer Score

The number of businesses found is the demand proxy: more providers on the ground means more potential buyers for a matching geo-domain.

03 / Ship

Report, ranked and justified

150+ fresh domains every week: domain, city, niche, score, rationale, and a calculated resale price — sorted by score, highest first.

Questions

Before you subscribe

Where does the Buyer Score come from?

From the number of matching businesses Google Places finds within a radius of the given city, for the given niche — a proxy for local demand for that exact geo-domain.

What if Google Places finds nothing?

The row shows a 0 — visible and traceable, instead of silently dropping the row or guessing a number.

How do I submit my own domain list?

After subscribing you get the template (CSV: domain, city, niche) — fill it in and submit it for the next weekly run.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, the subscription runs monthly through Gumroad and can be cancelled there in one click.
